Flower Agate is a type of Agate with opaque Chalcedony inclusions that resemble tiny floral formations. This mineral is a recent find out of Madagascar and has only been seen crystallized in the form of masses. It's usually found in a light pink color with white “flower” inclusions.

To Cleanse: Crystals can absorb negative energies, so it’s important to cleanse them. Here are some methods I use for cleansing my crystals:

Water – All crystals resonates with Earth. Grounding and cleansing your crystal in water can be a wonderful experience. You can also use soapy water and a soft cloth. Rinse it with fresh water afterwards to prevent any build-up of soapy residue.

Sunlight – All crystals enjoys a sun bath. Sunlight will purify negative energy and restore the male-female balance to your crystal. Most crystals do not like extreme heat, so do this in the early morning, when the light is less intense.

Moonlight – Moonlight is a lovely way to cleanse and energize your crystals. If I’m cleansing it outside, I usually place it directly on the ground so it can benefit from an earthy connection at the same time. Cleansing using moonlight can be done at any time during the cycle, but the energies around the full moon are even more powerful.
