Quartz It is a magnifier of intentions.
Two interesting facts about Quartz is:
1) Quartz is the second most commonly found mineral on Earth.
2) There are many uses for quartz because it can conduct electricity under pressure.
---------------------------------------
To Cleanse: Crystals can absorb negative energies, so it’s important to cleanse them. Here are some methods I use for cleansing Aura Quartz:
Water – Aura Quartz resonates with Earth and grounding, cleansing it in a spring or stream can be a wonderful experience. You can also use soapy water and a soft cloth. Rinse it with fresh water afterwards to prevent any build-up of soapy residue.
Sunlight – Aura Quartz enjoys a sun bath. Sunlight will purify negative energy and restore the male-female balance to your crystal. As this crystal doesn’t like extreme heat, I do this in the early morning, when the light is less intense.
Moonlight – Moonlight is a lovely way to cleanse and energize Aura Quartz. If I’m cleansing it outside, I usually place it directly on the ground so it can benefit from an earthy connection at the same time. Cleansing using moonlight can be done at any time during the cycle, but the energies around the full moon are even more powerful.
----------------------------------------
Chakra: Crown Chakra
Mainly associate with the Crown chakra, Quartz also helps to balance all of your chakras and cleanse your aura.
This crown chakra crystal governs creative and emotional energy. Quartz prevents negative energy and gives clarity to your thoughts and feelings.
Quartz balances the energy flow in your body, efficiently raising your vibrations and increasing your spiritual development.

Crystal Healing is so magical!
It is a powerful way to center and ground yourself to help assist in releasing negative energy and allowing positive energy into your life.
What is Crystal Healing?
It's using the energy and vibrations of crystals to realign and recalibrate your energy. This helps you to raise your vibration to reach a higher state of being. A crystal is a solid structure, and is composed of repeated, symmetrical structures. Crystals are the vehicles by which we experience these high frequencies and energies. The vibrations that these crystals hold help us to be more connected to our earth.
